Automatic Web Lead Retrieval
NOTE: Applies to AdminBase Web versions dated 2021.11.2.1 and later. You can check your version in Settings.
The ability for web leads to be pulled into AdminBase in the background has been added.
1.ITo activate go into Settings → Company Settings → Leads and put a tick in this setting
NOTE: This will activate the automatic retrieval for all users.
2. Make sure you set an interval for checking for web leads for them to be retrieved.
3. When leads are received they will appear in the new ‘Web Leads’ view. If there are new leads in this view you will see a number after Web Leads to indicate how many there are. Once the leads are appointed and assigned they will disappear from this view.
