Search Options within AdminBase
Within AdminBase, there are different ways you can locate Leads and Contracts. This includes searching from within a Lead or Contract record, searching by invoice number, and searching by installation details.
Searching within a Lead or Contract record
Within a Lead or Contract record, you can quickly navigate to another contract using the Search button. This saves you having to exit the record and when the new record is opened it stays within the same tab.
This search button is located below the main menu bar and searches by the Lead or Contract number
Searching by Invoice Number
Within the finance tab, you can locate and open a different contract based on the invoice number. This is a quick way of finding a contract when a customer gives you an invoice number, or you need to process payments for invoices that have been paid.
Within the Finance tab, click Find Invoice No and enter an invoice that you need to find.
Installation Search
Within AdminBase, you can locate a completed contract based on product or customer information. Within the Contract Browser click on Advanced → Installation Search
Search by Products
Click the Filter by Product button and then select the product that you would like to search by. Multiple products can be included or excluded from the search. Once you have finished, click OK and it will show a list of contracts that meet this criteria.
When selecting products to search by, you can choose to search by products listed either on the contract Details tab, or products listed within the Deliveries tab.
Search by Customer Information
Click the Filter by Cust Info button and select the customer information that you would like to search by. You can filter completed contracts by customer information, such as contract numbers, installation dates, address etc.
Map View
Once you have filtered down the contracts, you can then load these onto a map using the Map View button. This will load the address of each contract into the same map for you to compare locations. By clicking List View this will return you to the original view.
