How to add a note to a lead or contract [Video]
In this training video, you can learn how to add a note to a lead or contract record. This also includes assigning notes to a category
In Brief
Navigate to a Lead or Contract and click on the Note(s) tab
Click Add New Comment and write the note you want to attach to this record
To categorise notes click View By Category → Edit Categories and create your categories
The select the relevant category within the drop down for each note
The SMS and Emails tab keep a history of the messages and emails you have sent from AdminBase
