How to add a note to a lead or contract [Video]

In this training video, you can learn how to add a note to a lead or contract record. This also includes assigning notes to a category

In Brief

  • Navigate to a Lead or Contract and click on the Note(s) tab

  • Click Add New Comment and write the note you want to attach to this record

  • To categorise notes click View By CategoryEdit Categories and create your categories

  • The select the relevant category within the drop down for each note

  • The SMS and Emails tab keep a history of the messages and emails you have sent from AdminBase
