How to use Postcode Lookups [Video]

In this training video, you can learn how to use postcode lookups to find the customer address within a lead or customer. It also includes how to show directions to the address

In Brief

  • Postcode Lookup credits can be purchased at http://support.abinitiosoftware.co.uk

  • Within a Lead record, click the + button next to Customer Address to expand out this field

  • Enter the house name or number along with the Postcode

  • Click the 3 dots to perform the postcode lookup

  • Within the Direction tab, click Show Online Map to show directions using google maps for either the customer address or installation address
