How to create an itemised quote within AdminBase [Video]

In this training video, you can learn how create and send an itemised quote within Adminbase. This includes how to enable a product to be used for quotes.

In Brief

  • First navigate to Settings → Products and select the products you would like to use for quotes by making sure the Use For Quotes checkbox is ticked

  • To create a quote open a Lead record and click on Quotes → Simple

  • Add a new Quote by entering a quote description and then click on Quote Table, then add the products and prices into the quote table

  • Click the Email button, select Quote Letter and click Print or Email to generate this quote

  • Copies of generated quotes can be found within the documents tab
