How to add a surveyor, installation team or service engineer to Adminbase [Video]

In this training video, you can learn how to add a surveyor, installation team and service engineer to AdminBase. It will also show you how access the diary for these personnel members.

In Brief

• Navigate to Settings → Personnel to add a new installation team or member

• If an individual, enter their full name in the first field, if a pair then enter their names in the first 2 fields.

• Select the relevant work types for that person/team, including Other Labour Types if applicable*

• Using the Change Diary button within the diary, you can chose a work type to show or show all installation personnel
