How to export company reports to Excel [Video]

In this training video, you can learn how to produce a company report as an .xlsx file to open within Excel. This is an alternative to producing the report as a PDF file.

In Brief

  • Open the Contract Browser and click on Reports

  • Select the relevant report and click Export → Data

  • Adjust the report parameters as required and then click the tick button

  • A .xlsx file of this report will be produced and downloaded to your pc, which you can then open in Excel or other spreadsheet software
