How to set up default email settings for a letter [Video]

In this training video, you can learn how to set up the default email options for a report. This includes setting up the default subject and body

In Brief

  • Navigate to a Lead or Contract and click on Reports

  • Select a report and click Edit List

  • Here you can change the report definitions, including a default subject line, from address, to address and signature

  • Once finished, click the green tick button to save these changes
