How to setup and use other information questions within leads [Video]
In this training video, you can learn how create default other info questions for a lead. This includes setting up pre-selected answers and choosing if a question is required.
In Brief
Navigate to Settings → Company Settings → Lead Settings → Default Lead Questions and make sure the checkbox Enable Default Lead Questions is ticked
You can have different questions for different lead types. Choose what area of leads you would like to link the questions to using the Link to dropdown, or select Whole Lead
Click Add to add a new question and enter a question number and question
Choose if this is a required question using the Answer Required? checkbox
Add in pre-selected answers into the Allowed Answers field and choose is you allow edit of answers using the checkbox
Choose what type of data can be entered using the Data Type dropdown
These questions will appear within Leads → Other Info tab, where you can fill in the Answer field
