How to batch send SMS messages [Video]

In this training video, you can learn how to batch send SMS messages. This includes creating a new message and scheduling the send date and time.

In Brief

  • Within the Contract or Lead browser, filter the records or select a view to show the records that you would like to send a SMS message to

  • Click Advanced → Batching → SMS to open the SMS batching screen

  • Click Default Text Designer to create a new SMS message and then select that message within the Default Message dropdown *

  • Shift and Click to select the customers you would like to send the message to, or click Select All. The click Apply Default Message to Selected

  • You can select a scheduled send time if required. Then click the Send button
