How to rebook fitting days [Video]
In this training video, you can learn how to change an installation appointment date. This includes moving it to another week along with completely un-appointing and reappointing the appointment.
In Brief
First, find the appointment you would like to move within the Diary
If you want to move it to another day or week, within the Week or Month view, click on the appointment and drag it to another day or week
Alternatively, right click on the appointment and choose Unappoint this item. This will remove the appointment from the diary
You can reappoint this appointment the same way it was originally created by clicking on Unassigned and dragging it to the correct day and person
