How to mark a result for a sales appointment [Video]

In this training video, you can learn how to mark a result for a sales appointment within a lead. It will also show you how to reinstate a lead that is marked incorrectly

In Brief

  • Navigate to Leads and open a Lead Record

  • On the right side fill in the Demo Date, Value, Result Date & Result fields

  • Demo Date - The date the sales visit was made

  • Value - The value quoted to the customer, inc VAT

  • Result date - The date the result changes (This will default to todays date)

  • Result - The status of the lead

  • Using the Reinstate button allows you to change leads that have been marked incorrectly
