How to add marketing costs to leads [Video]

In this training video, you can learn how to add the costs for a marketing campaign or canvassers to AdminBase. This allows you to work out a cost per lead and cost per sale.

In Brief

  • Navigate to Leads → Advanced → Marketing Costs

  • Choose the Lead Source that you would like to add the marketing costs to

  • Enter the details, the date range of the campaign and the total cost. The daily cost will be worked out automatically

  • Navigate to Leads → Reports and open the Statistics - Lead Source report to see a breakdown of the Cost per Lead and Cost per Sale for each lead source
