How to use the Search All function [Video]
In this training video, you can learn how to use the search all function to find a lead, contract or customer. This can be used within any area of AdminBase to quickly locate a record
In Brief
On the menu bar, click the Search All button
You can search by name, address, postcode, telephone number or email. And you can choose if you are searching for a partial match or exact match
After searching, select the record and click Go to Record
You can change the Search all settings by navigating to Settings → My Settings → Search All. Here you can choose to show records from all companies if you have multi company set up and whether to show customer or contract records
