How to setup and use other information questions within contracts [Video]
In this training video, you can learn how create default other info questions for a contract. This includes setting up pre-selected answers and choosing if a question is required.
In Brief
Navigate to Settings → Company Settings → Contract Type Defaults and and within a contract type click Contract Questions
Click Add to add a new question and enter a question number and question
Choose if this is a required question using the Answer Required? checkbox
Add in pre-selected answers into the Allowed Answers field and choose is you allow edit of answers using the checkbox
Choose what type of data can be entered using the Data Type dropdown
These questions will appear within Contracts → Other Info tab, where you can fill in the Answer field
