How to filter records within the lead or contract browser [Video]

In this training video, you can learn how to filter records within the lead or contract browser. This includes how to change the filter criteria along with how to remove a filter

In Brief

  • Within the Lead or Contract browser, click on FindFilter

  • Select the Field that you would like to filter against, and enter the value(s) into the Field Value box

  • Choose whether you would like an Exact Match or Partial Match, and click OK

  • To removed a filter, click on FindFilter and click Clear Filter
