How to use the Next Free feature in the diary [Video]

In this training video, you can learn how to use the Next Free feature to find availability within the AdminBase diary. This can also be used for assigning a sales or installation appointment.

In Brief

  • With a sales or installation appointment waiting to be assigned, open the Diary, and click the Next Free button

  • Select a start date, the duration of the appointment and the appointment type. Then click the Find Free Periods button

  • Select the time period that is found along with the unappointed fitting appointment, then click Appoint

  • This appointment will then be created within the diary
